UNINTENTIONAL MARKET RESEARCH
Ultra Endurance Running, MTB, Motocross, Extreme Enduro, Road Cycling Epics and Mountain Adventures. As Action Sports enthusiasts there's not a lot they haven't ticked off over the past decade.
In doing so, the three friends had inadvertently used nearly every single answer to endurance sports nutrition over the years. Drawing from this experience the good, the bad and the ugly.

SCIENTIFIC PILLARS
Having gained a BSc (Hons) in Sport and Exercise Science, James's attention quickly focused on the scientific 'make up' of the products he'd used as as recreational athlete. A solid understanding into the key underlying factors distinguishing what set quality products apart from the rest was established.
Time passed, connections formed and the group began to work with industry leading experts during the development of the RIDE Nutrition range.
RESEARCH LEAD
All RIDE Nutrition carb drinks, gels and salt formulations were curated with fundamental research at the forefront of design. Type, source and amounts of active ingredients used were selected with reference to key findings in well respected, peer reviewed literature.

Initially conceptualised to combat the lack of awareness and understanding of effective nutritional strategies in Action Sports. RIDE Nutrition was founded.
Not to reinvent the wheel of endurance sports nutrition, but instead to combine favoured characteristics of pre-existing products to create an elite supplement range delivering on three key aspects.
