Really happy with the gels. Had the good fortune to try the gels at the Boltly Bash and found them to be fantastic and made a massive difference to my cycling performance. The best bit for me is that they are easy on my stomach and did give me a y ill effects. This was the main reason that I made a purchase. Many thanks and a big shout out to James.

Seemed very effective as in I managed to complete all my races in fairly hot temperatures without struggling with fatigue but I don’t know if there all the same but it was sickly sweet so not pleasant to drink

Have tried quite a few electrolyte tablets now and these are by far the best! I’d started to get cramp in my thighs on long hilly rides towards the end, since switching to Ride I’ve not had one. The high sodium content really helps, great flavours. Highly recommend.

I was hesitant to try pink grapefruit as historically I don't tend to like it but this is quite nice. No after taste, dissolves nicely even in icy water.
As you can see. Not much left. Keeps my hydrated at work.

I used the gels last weekend during a MTB race and found they helped keep me going for the 3 hours of the race.

Never tried a fizz tab before these ones taste really good fuelled me for a 70K ride

I would only eat this before or after a cycling race , as it's too much faff trying to open and chew when locked in combat. Go for a gel instead , it's much easier.
